THECO: The forgotten Rexx attempt of recreating Video TECO

For a little bit of history: SciTECO wasn't the first attempt to create my own interactive TECO. First I was playing around with my own fork of Video TECO before I realized its architectural limitations. Then, I tried to implement a Video-TECO-like editor on top of the The Hessling Editor in Open Object Rexx, which I called THECO. This was only a proof of concept and I quickly realized that I will have to create something from scratch and SciTECO was born.
