cleanup stuff in the database like

  • removed comments
  • public comments that are spam
  • spam announcements
  • rejected artworks that are spam
  • hits
  • sessions
  • inactive users with no associated content

the above should be run once, as comments, users and announcements are now fully moderated. however, hits and sessions need crons to keep clearing them out.
