Numpad keys do not work for controlling game speed #37

As title says, pressing 1,2 or 3 on a numpad part of the keyboard does not affect game speed at all (numlock on & off doesn't matter).

Many other shortcuts do not work. For reference I have compiled all the known shortcuts I could find in TS1's manual and through trial-and-error here, along with with TS2 and TS3's:

Essential missing controls (based on TS2/TS3)

WASD and arrow keys to move camera outside of freecam
Ctrl + Arrow keys to rotate view
Tilde ~ and Pause Break for pausing
N switch to next Sim (also right-click Sim)
and many more

Existing issues

Clicking delete in the interface in Buy/Build does nothing
Holding Left and right mouse buttons causes conflicting inputs

Screenshot functionality with C like TS3
Enter key for accepting prompts/dialogs
Enter key for centering on Sim location
