Harmonic Oscillator Overhaul

In this release, running a DMC simulation on a 1-dimensional harmonic oscillator is refined so that one can run a reduced mass diatomic easily.

First Formal Release of PyVibDMC

Hello! There is now a formal build of this project. I expect that there will be subsequent releases in the near future with bug fixes and such, but this repository is now available on PyPi, and can be installed using a simple pip install pyvibdmc.
