Description

As documented in slides from Escaux workshop the current deployment procedure is not perfect. Currently each time a project (repository) is pushed upstream, we are "deploying" it using Git hooks (post-receive). Thus, if a user would like to share his changes it's not possible without deploying.

An idea would be to replace "push to deploy" by "tag to deploy". In this case, the "git push" could be translated as "share my changes" and tagging in refs/tags/deploy/* will be "deploy my changes".
