Help with installation

Could someone please just help me with some installation steps?

Do I copy the custom_components folder and everything in it?

Also where do I paste the YAML displayed in the readme.

Pasted config in the configuration.yaml and received this error.

Configuration invalid! Invalid config for [image_processing.platerecognizer]: not a directory for dictionary value @ data['save_file_folder']. Got '/config/images/platerecognizer/'. (See ?, line ?).

You need to manually create the images/platerecognizer folder first
