Lots of batteries are too puffy and we won't have enough if we just throw them away

We should add replacement batteries to the next Smallpeice budget

(we didn't get any replacement batteries for SP2023)

We have about 25 batteries at the moment (down from about 45)

We should make sure we have at least 30
