To support the latest Gazebo-based iCub grasping simulation capabilities (https://github.com/robotology/icub-gazebo-grasping-sandbox), it is necessary to install and enable support for the DART physics engine. We can either install it via colcon as we already do with the rest of Gazebo and related libraries, but for convenience it would be great to be able to just install dart via vcpkg. For this second option, this issue is blocked by microsoft/vcpkg#13320 .

That turned out to be much harder then expected: dartsim/dart#1522 .

Gazebo support was removed in #59 .
