Add support of IPC connection between EL and SmartNode #263

Currently, when using hybrid mode, the connection between EL and SmartNode has to be done through HTTP (via port 8545).

EL<=>BN supports IPC connection.
(Main advantage is it preserves the user to create a JWT token needed for engine API on port 8551.)

Could be nice for SmartNode to support connection to EL via IPC too!
