rocketpool minipool distribute-balance gas bug

I'm not sure if this is a possible bug with gas and calling transactions.

When calling rocketpool minipool distribute-balance with multiple minipools, I selected option 1: All available minipools. I then entered a maximum gas price slightly below the current market price, eg 10 gwei). Once the first txn was included in a block at my specified gas price of 10 gwei, each subsequent txn call on the next minipools were processed at the next block's (higher) gas price, rather than the maximum price of 10 gwei I had originally specified in the console.
