Dropdowns in dark mode have poor color contrast #182

The dark mode theme makes it hard to read the text inside dropdowns.

If this is a known issue are there any suggested workarounds?

This is a regression, was not like this before. I guess some upgrade of redoc broke a css selector. Hopefully things like this are caught in the future with the screenshot tests being added in #154
