Feature to change students' RSSchool Codewars usernames

noticed student's question in admin's channel on yellow rs discord server, which is repeadly asked from time to time:

Describe the feature
so if it's still planned in the future to give students codewars tasks - maybe worth adding to rsapp functionality for students by themselves or for admins - to create new usernames for the same github, in case students forgot their emails and whatnot
