Only add tutorials to scripts that have no modifications, move them out from the repository

To prevent scripts getting outdated it's best not having them inside this theme repository. We could just provide information on how to install them.

I dont modified them. All of them should be the upstream version.

OK thanks for the info. Then it they should not be in the repository. Needs README.md rewrite, task #39 related. I'm planning on doing that in some point.

Same for mine it should just mod the colors only not change any functionality, so it's a pure theme in that sense. I think it's a good idea, @ronilaukkarinen. Just to confirm, your vision is that we have these themes in their own separate repositories?

By "These themes" you must mean scripts, right?

I think best to just write instructions for scripts and let people download them from the official urls instead of our own repos.
