Sommige afdelingen hebben enkel nog de "@roodjongindesp.nl"-email, terwijl op de website staat dat ze xyz@roodjongeren.nl hebben. In het geval van sommige afdelingen bestaat die laatste e-mail geeneens, zoals bij Leeuwarden.

Deze nieuwe e-mails moeten aangemaakt worden, de inhoud van de accounts moet overgepompt worden, en mails naar het oude adres moeten automatisch geforward worden naar het nieuwe adres. Dit alles in samenspraak met de relevante afdelingen, zoals Leeuwarden.
