This one is good to go either way - its not going to change. We're in the middle of getting me access to ros2 gbp so that I can do such a thing ros-perception/perception_open3d#24

Well, the thing is that we typically recommend that you keep all ROS 2 releases together, so in theory you would re-release this one from the ros2-gbp repository. That's not required, but it makes it easier for others to follow.

It's not going to be re-created, its just going to be transferred so once done it would be easy for me to just add the 2 and be done -- but assuming redirected links work I think it should be fine.

Either way, we can wait on the movement to ros2-gbp, I don't really care that much 😄
