When to open an Issue, and when to open a Discussion?

• A Discussion is for something that needs to be discussed, and an Issue is something that needs to be done
• If you have a methodological question about RSA, a Discussion is more appropriate
• If you found a bug, or encounter an error, please post an Issue.
• If you have a specific feature request, such as a method to be added, this could also be an Issue
• Don't worry, we realise this isn't a clear distinction, if we feel the topic is better suited for the other format,
  we'd simply move it.
