Expected Behavior

rubrik-agent package doesn't install properly on systemd-based RHEL variants when chkconfig package isn't installed - noteably, RHEL9.

Current Behavior

Installation of rubrik-agent fails because /etc/init.d isn't available and 'chkconfig' binary isn't installed.

The rpm SPEC file should be modified so that the RPM has a requisite on chkconfig package.
