"Effect of X on X activity" - these two things should be:
"Prediction of A, D or R vs others" and "Prediction of A vs D" - the info/help button can explain the gory details.
I'm still confused by HMM position and Alignment position and frankly I wonder whether either should be there at all. I think the 0/+1/-1 etc. is more important. The numbers are meaningless and just uselessly fill the table (further compressing "Description", etc.)
On the main (first) page of results, if there is more than one "Known ADR" these are smushed together (e.g. activatingresistance) - need a space in there or perhaps A/D/R only
When I try and expand more than one entry on the main results page I get an HTML popup error "DataTables warning: table id=summaryTableOutput - Cannot reinitialise DataTable. For more information about this error, please see http://datatables.net/tn/3"
Oh and thinking about defaults on the web app: the default of sorting the list of "Information known in other kinases" is alphabetical and this is rather silly as it basically means you always see Ubiquitination first. Probably we should sort by the 0,+1/-2 etc. showing at position things first. And I do wonder whether Ubiquitination should be there by default as it seems rather omnipresent and it doesn't get a mention in the paper.
