Busting up the code so that
lib.rscan focus on the public interface of the crate. Also making heavy use of the "each module gets its ownErrorenum" pattern. I am a fan since usually calling code doesn't really care why/how a dependency failed, just that it failed. If it really does care, it can match on the error variants.
