after install spfx-fast-serve-helpers 1.17.0 and spfx [1.17.2] showing error when do npm run serve.
import or const is reserved keyword issue.

I had this error and I was able to fix it by renaming the wrongly named file "eslint.js" as "eslintrc.js".
