Background noise

Can you help me to understand how is the background noise being handled, as before in the original script it picked up on the most basic of sounds? Its very clear that the background noise isn't being captured in the full stack app (I got the full stack app running) and if I talk properly then it gets captured. I want to understand have you made any changes to the processing sound in the frontend or the backend

Hey, I'm using Silero for voice detection with a threshold to avoid picking up background noise.
If you managed to get the full stack version running - mind opening a PR? I had issues with streaming audio to Gemini.
