Some Field Types are Missing From Vardef Documentation

What is wrong, less clear, or missing

I noticed that this section is missing some field types like "integer" and "dynamicenum" from the list of field types.
When looking in the "data type" dropdown in the field creation screen in the studio I counted 20 options so there are a few more.

Proposed fixes and/or additions

Add the missing fields that are not already there, another thing that will be very useful is to have database explanation on each field type - for example that "enum" field needs to have the dropdown list name in it's "ex1" column.
I know that there is a list of the studio fields in https://docs.suitecrm.com/admin/administration-panel/studio/#_field_types but the database name is not there (for example a Dynamic DropDown is a dynamicenum in the database) and a reference list of the studio fields and the database structure will be useful.
