As discussed previously (#2185), we are requesting the implementation of the _total parameter for FHIR Search. This parameter is defined in the FHIR specification and is essential for our use case.

Including _total in the response would allow us to calculate the progress of paginated queries, thereby maintaining the logic and simplicity of the Samply Exporter during the communication with Blaze.

We appreciate your assistance in implementing this feature.
