Update Firefox Extension to Version 0.10.3? (currently version 0.6.0 #437

Hey, so, this is a cool and handy extension, but the Firefox version hasn't been updated "in two years" according to the website: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/metastream-remote/

Meanwhile, according to GitHub the Chromium Variant is up to version 0.10.3.

I only ask that the Firefox version be maintained at the same pace as Chromium.
