Hi,

I used the create_pan_genome_plot.R to plot those Rtabs and I read the content of them. I'm confused with the row meaning of these Rtabs. I submitted 36 strains to Roary so that there are 36 columns. But why there are 10 rows which is named 1 to 10? Does it mean the CGN score? Could you please explain it to me?
