Based on our experience with PWK linkage in sanskrit-lexicon/PWK#82, sanskrit-lexicon/PWK#83, sanskrit-lexicon/PWK#84, it seems that a systematic study of all the prefaces of dictionaries is in order.
As I remember @Andhrabharati that this is quite quick activity, it seems a low hanging fruit.

Nagabhushana may help in filling the rest from prefaces or appendices.
Some volunteer can search the web and find the PDF of concerned book.
