I wonder if this is a "single case" occurrence, or if other such cases exist. The "circle-S" symbol that you have added is extremely helpful to Aumsanskrit for discovering more possible corrections. Here is the display for this headword:

Note that there are 2 entries. 8622 doesn't have 'sup' , and 8622.1 does have 'sup'.

Currently, the cdsl list display uses the first one (8622) to decide whether to mark with Ⓢ.
Since there is no 'sup' (<info n="sup"/>) in 8622, the display thinks no Ⓢ should be shown.

I think @aumsanskrit has identified many (maybe 1000!) similar cases (with Ⓢ or the circled R for `rev').

I noticed a similar deficiency in the recently added VN entries for PWG (Refer:).

I do regard this as a deficiency in the list display for both MW and PWG.
At current point, I am unsure how to 'solve' this problem.
