create baseline without gradle

I tried to execute this to create baseline:
diktat --baseline=diktat-baseline.xml **/*.kt

It did not created any file. Is it possible to do this without gradle?
also --baseline is not in the options when i call diktat -h
I tried this with v2.0.0 relase and builded master.
