Add link to report bugs

There should probably link to this repo where users should return the bugs/add issue. Every software have bugs I just found one in examples.

I can create the link later today unless someone else want to add this link.

It is not clear how this should be done. If the problem is inside Gambit then it is best to report issues on the Gambit issue tracker. If the problem is related to the specific setup on try.scheme.org then those issues should be tracked here. Unfortunately a typical user will not be able to tell at what level the problem occurs.
