And the most often shared URL should be one that auto-points to the latest. (I think that's already true.)

By the way, @agoose77, I'm turning uncompleted cards from "Awkward Documentation Overhaul" into issues so that I can delete the project. Most of what is described in it is done. (The actual issues have moved to "Done" automatically; the non-issue cards didn't have the metadata to know to do that.)
