Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I like most of the quotes I've seen so far, but some I have not.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice to have a configurable quote list. I see you store them in frontend/src/lib/json/quotes.json, could there possibly be a way to allow that to be overridden?

Describe alternatives you've considered
I could just make a docker mapping to the quotes.json file and set it to read only. I fear this will break future updates if the structure ever changes.
