[REQUEST] Flight change beyond collection date has generic error

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When trying to change a flight beyond the collection's bounding dates a generic error is provided that doesn't indicate to the user why they can't change the date.

Describe the solution you'd like
The error should indicate the date is before or after the collection's bounding dates.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatively perhaps the collection's date could be automatically changed to the visit/flight dates within the collection?

Also just found that you can retroactively change the collection's date to end sooner than the dates of the contents of the collection. Not sure if there are any issues with this in the backend of things.
