This is the second release of AUTOMATE-2001. It stems from day 3 of development, and is far from complete. It was finalized on 2021 Monday October 25th, but not released until the next day (Tuesday, 2021 October 26th)

• (EXTERNAL) created an organization for this project

• Increased API note documentation

• Added support for the ProjectWiki

• Added support for the RepoData directory as a standard feature, and as a development reference

• Archived release data for version 1

• Archived discussion data for version 1

• No other changes in this release
