FINF-DB - 2021 December 4th release

About
This is the fith published release of the FINF-DB project. This project has existed for several days now. I hope to get other contributors soon.
Entries were a bit rushed again today, but a lot was also done. Today was the most active day in the projects development so far, and a lot of fixes are still needed.
This release highlights data from 2021 December 4th. It includes the following changes
Documentation support for 35 new file extensions, 90 file extensions total
Added support for Tango Desktop and Nuvola icons
Updated documentation in various areas
Archived release and discussion data for the last release (V0.0.4-2021Dec3)
