Describe the bug
Since PR #237 the option is not available

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the equipment window
  2. The Dress Equipment option is no longer there

Expected behavior
There should be the Dress Equipment option

Additional context
The current quest state is from before the quest that unlocked that feature.
