Our Sendgrid destination doesn't support updating lists with the contact that we send through into Sendgrid. Our docs are incorrect in indicating that the destination can be used to update lists in Sendgrid.

Hi @shraddha1313, just so that I understand the ask - are you referring to the linked section (Recording custom user traits), or the description of the Upsert contact table ("Add or update a Contact in SendGrid")?

Hi @forstisabella - Couple of things -

1. Based on the current UI, I am not sure why it says "Marketing Campaigns list". There's a "Dashboard" section and a separate "Marketing" section. Our destination updates the "Contacts" sub-section under "Marketing", so I am not sure what does "Marketing Campaigns list" refer to.
2. "Custom Fields" are related to "contacts" so I am not sure what does "list view" refer to here
3. Our destination only upserts "contacts" and not "lists". The first sentence here is incorrect. Our destination only upserts "contacts" in Sendgrid.
