Add Real-Time Clock support to MalkuthOS, including functions for checking and setting dates and times. This will also involve making a driver for the DS3231 RTC module, which I have ordered a few of to develop with.

Ideally the RTC will have a file in the /device/ virtual filesystem which can be read or written to in order to read or set the system time.
