могут быть доп. расходы:

при изготовлении заказа может случиться брак
что-то пропадёт напрямую со склада

Describe the solution you'd like

сделать учёт доп. расходов для каждого заказа
предусмотреть запись доп. расходов в обход этого, если просто собака погрызла склад
