Form submit logs user out and triggers infinite refresh token requests #310

Expected Behavior

User stays logged in and no requests are being send.

Actual Behavior

When submitting a form, e.g. Change password form with a wrong password the user is logged out and refresh token requests are being send.

Environment

OS: Ubuntu 18.04
Browser & Version: Chromium
