FFmpeg prebuffer process exited with error / Protocol not found

Describe the bug
I can't see the video stream of my camera (REOLINK RLC810 A with a NVR RLN8 410) on camera UI but it works with the same URL on VLC. The video source in Camera UI is : -i rtsp://admin:XXXX@192.168.0.12:554/h264Preview_01_sub

Same situation/error here. Works in VLC with the same URL.
