Removing -i flag in camera url deletes camera dsm7

Describe the bug
If user removes the -i from the config for camera url and restarts the plugin, cameraUI deletes this camera.

To Reproduce
Remove the -i flag from camera url of a saved camera and restart the cameraUI plugin. Notice how the camera is now missing from config

Expected behavior
Camera is not deleted when the flag is removed
