The GraalVM Updater (gu) tool has been deprecated as of the latest release of GraalVM. Projects should transition to using Maven coordinates instead.

We should (1) deprecate the components property when users are using a new enough version of GraalVM; (2) add Maven artifacts to match the new ones, and (3) add GraalVM latest to the bindist (via #144).
