Feature: Capture image in the foreground

Expected Behaviour: In case of emergency capture image in the foreground and save in local storage of app.

Hey @shagun25 @hiashutoshsingh! Should the image capture be done without opening the camera app?

You can do this foreground state when the app is open.
I have opened another issue for the background.
