We just have to create this screen with that timer right? And when the 'Activate' button is pressed then the timer should start counting down? And after the timer hits 0 then what do we have to do?

the timer should start counting down when the 'Activate' button is pressed and send the alert messages to the emergency numbers we provide till it hits 0.
