TFTPeer should be able to work in daemon mode. and accepts multiple upload requests without exiting.

Communication should be done via an embedded server when running in the daemon client mode, If a simpler solution exists please use it.

The objective is to make TFTPeer able to run in lab graders without needed to restart it with each submission and accepts send requests another process.
