Errors initial build and deploy

I'm getting the following error.
I've setup advanced ssh (used root) created the long lived api key (not sure that matters here)

Any ideas?

I'm able to connect over ssh from inside the terminal.

ssh -p 22 root@homeassistant.local

i've also changed to using the VITE_HA_URL to my cloudflare ssl url in hopes it was a https issue

This currently blocks the build as I get a fatal error later

Could not resolve "./locales" from "src/hooks/useLocale/index.ts"

Does it all work locally? Generally, ssh will only work with https I believe

doesn't appear to be anything with ssh.
looking further into the original error I noticed the hassUrl was undefined. So I dumped this.data here is the output

I would expect at minimum the hassUrl. Any idea what could cause this? all is setup in the .env

From what I can see, it doesn't appear to be taking in the .env.

Actually, I just did a clean 'npm create hakit@latest' and all worked. I'm not sure when i started this late in the evening I missed something. I'll post incase someone else runs across this.

1. npm create
   npm create hakit@latest
   I copied out my .env file and later replaced the one under ha-dashboard/.env
   I manually deleted the 'ha-dashboard' folder but I believe this script will do it for you
2. cd ha-dashboard
3. npm install
4. npm run dev

I believe my original problem is i ran npm install on the root. Not realizing
