Shlink maxes out the cpu and freezes

How Shlink is set-up

• Shlink Version: 3.0.3
• PHP Version: 8.0.18
• How do you serve Shlink: Self-hosted openswoole
• Database engine used: MySQL

Summary

2 vCPUs
4GB / 25GB Disk

After running for a while ( a couple of days) shlink slows down and becomes unresponsive. Looking at resources it maxes out the CPU (multiple shlink-workers). Redirects stop working. Do I need more resources or ?
