As I'm sure you're aware -- e.g. see discussion in Cordova GitHub -- Microsoft has removed the ability to create HTML/JS UWP apps in Visual Studio 2019. They are advising people to make PWAs instead, which is all well and good, but I need access to the UWP APIs in my JavaScript apps. Your project looks like a good bridge to provide this functionality. Is that correct? If so, I would also strongly support #1.
