🐛 Describe the bug

使用Oneflow将 hidden_states = F.interpolate(
hidden_states, scale_factor=(1.0, 2.0, 2.0), mode="nearest"
)这段代码进行推理时，模型加载FP32可以正常运行，而加载p16和BF16时报错
