Hi,
I'm trying to run papara to place a set of query sequences onto a tree/msa, but get a rather vague error message:
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error'
what(): bailing out due to inconsitent input data
Aborted
I can't see anything obviously wrong with either the alignment or tree, do you have any suggestions? I've ensured sequence ids are 10 characters long, trimmed the alignments with trimal, removed identical sequences, tried phylip format (standard and relaxed) but no luck.
This is the command I'm running, the alignment and tree files are quite large but happy to compress and upload if it helps.
papara
-a
-t PF00504.alignment.full.clustalo.trimal.tree
-s PF00504.alignment.full.clustalo.trimal.phy
-q 193_PF00504_hits.fasta
-r
-n test.papara.aln
Many thanks,
Andrew
